PLEASE READ Due to the amount of texts/emails, some parameters:

I have spent MANY hours trying to create a website that answers all sorts of questions, please take 5 minutes to peruse. Thank you in advance!
ALL FEES & INSURANCE INFO IS HERE: please read in advance
For texts, unless it is urgent or you are canceling an appointment, please
- limit texting to between 9am-5pm
- do not expect immediate replies
- please sign your name

Please try to make an appointment through the online scheduler first, and if cannot find a time there, reach out via email. Currently, I am scheduling about 3-4 weeks out.
As a reminder, to receive refills,
- contact pharmacy first
- you need to have a phone appointment at least once per year
For emails, like you, I am inundated. Please:
- please take 5 minutes to peruse website to see if question is answered here.
- try to limit emails to quick questions or updates, etc.
- if you have a new issue or have to write a paragraph+, let’s schedule a phone appointment.
- for established patients, I likely have more availability for phone appointments than what the online scheduler shows.
